Leadership Team

Our licensed nursing home administrator runs the building day to day. Our medical director and director of nursing lead the clinical care. 

Nursing/Clinical Staff

Our director of nursing leads the team. Registered nurses plan and oversee your care, and nursing assistants help with everyday tasks. 

Rehabilitation/Therapy Team

Our licensed physical, occupational, and speech therapists build a therapy plan around your needs, led by our rehabilitation director. 

Social Services & Activities

Our social workers help you and your family plan what comes next. The activities team keeps a calendar posted in every room. 

Dietary Services

Our full-time registered dietitian plans meals around your physician’s orders and checks that they still fit as your needs change. 

Environmental Services

This team handles housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance. They’re a big reason families compliment how clean our building is.
